Noah Answers a Rainbow
by Sarvinder Naberhaus

Noah stepped outside
as the wind brushed the clouds away.
A rainbow of colors appeared.
Yellow sunflowers bowed.
Noah bowed in return.
“How do you do,”  he said.
Orange tulips waved in the wind.
“Hello,” Noah replied.
Amidst green leafy bushes,
red berries shook.
Noah shivered back.
Indigo bluebells rang out their tune.
Noah sang their song.
Violet Irises blinked open and close.
Noah winked back.
Then Noah looked up and saw another rainbow.
